Kyle has trained exclusively under Coach Kornblue since he began kicking his sophomore year at Plymouth H.S. (MI). He was the Fab 50’s #1 ranked kicker and punter coming out of high school in 2010-11. Scout.com rated Kyle as the #1 kicker in the country and he also was selected as the 1st team kicker from RivalsHigh. Kyle started on kickoffs as a true freshman and did triple duty as the starting placekicker, punter, and kickoff specialist for his last two seasons. He finished his career as Notre Dame’s career leader in FG’s made, longest FG made, single season PAT %, single season FG’s made, & most career 50 yard FG’s made. He signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent, but was traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a strong preseason. Kyle’s longest kick in the 2015 NFL season was a 58 yard FG in Week 3.
